Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or re-purchase your plan at any time, and your new billing cycle will start from that day.
How do credits work on Skael?
Job Credits: 1 credit unlocks 1 personalized job listing just for you.
Craft Credits: Each credit lets you generate a custom, AI-powered resume or cover letter optimized for that specific job.
Analyze Credits: 1 credit allows an AI-powered analysis of how well your profile matches a particular job, giving you detailed match scoring and fit insights.
What happens if I run out of Job, Craft, or Analyze Credits before my renewal date?
If you use up your credits before the billing cycle ends, you can upgrade or re-purchase the same plan right away your billing cycle will reset from the date of the upgrade and run for the next 30 days. You won't be able to use more credits until you upgrade, renew, or wait for your next cycle.
Do credits reset every month, and do unused credits roll over?
Yes and no. Your credit limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused may not roll over if validity expired but it will if you decided to upgrade or renew the plan.
Can I purchase extra credits if I reach my monthly limit?
Not yet, but this feature will be available soon. Right now, we recommend upgrading your plan if you need more credits.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan, and how does billing work?
You can upgrade by simply purchasing a new plan. If you downgrade or upgrade, your current limits and credits will carry over for the rest of your existing billing cycle (since you already paid for that time), and the new plan/billing will activate for the next cycle.
What does "Full Job List Access" mean in the Skael plan?
Skael users can see all job listings generated in our system, including those with lower or partial matches. Grow users see only the most relevant jobs filtered by the platform. Skael users get complete, unrestricted access ideal for power job seekers looking for every possible opportunity.
